There are many conditions that cause pain in the lower right abdomen. Some of these causes are quite common. However, some can me quite serious and can require you to seek medical attention immediately.
Some of the common conditions are related to Hernia, Kidney, Appendicitis, Indigestion, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Reproductive System and Gas.
What is the Abdomen?
The Abdomen is the part of the body containing the digestive organs, commonly referred to as the belly. It is the space between the chest, (thorax) and the pelvis

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories can also cause indigestion. These include, Ibuprofen, and Aspirin.

Like anything else how you live can have a significant can cause indigestion. Lifestyle can cause your body not to not digest food in a normal manner.
Over eating and eating your food too rapidly can cause indigestion. Spicy and oily food can cause indigestion.
Additionally, not staying upright can cause you to not digest your food properly causing indigestion. Do not lay down right after meals.
And, indulging in too much alcohol and smoking of any kind can cause indigestion.
Finally, Stress can cause indigestion. Stress causes chemical actions in your body. Too much stress can negatively effect your digestion and cause indigestion.
Serious causes of Right Abdominal Pain

Menstrual Cramps (Dysmenorrhea)
